haybaj (referred to hereafter as "Platform", "we" or "Company") provides an online entertainment and betting service for players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on haybaj is ৳100 (one hundred taka). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment methods accepted on the platform are as follows:
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team. Deposit limits depend on applicable guidelines and technical constraints.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within an average of 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering
haybaj complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policy. In the case of suspicious transactions, an account may be temporarily suspended and further verification may be requested. Accounts may not be used solely for depositing and withdrawing funds without any betting activity.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses apply only to active account holders on haybaj.
- A specific bonus offer may be used only once per person or household.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to any other account.
- haybaj reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers.
- If fraud is suspected in the use of a bonus, the account may be suspended.
4.4 VIP Program
The haybaj VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Progression to a higher tier depends on regular betting activity and active engagement with the platform.
User Code of Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use this platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haybaj platform:
- Opening an account using a false identity.
- Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Collusion betting with other users.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

5.3 Consequences of Violations
In the event of a breach of any of the above prohibitions, haybaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account. Depending on the severity of the violation, the account balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

All betting and gaming activity on the haybaj platform is governed by these terms and conditions. Each game or betting market may have its own additional rules, which will be clearly stated where applicable.
6.2 Results and Disputes
The outcome of all games and sports betting results is determined based on the relevant game provider or official results. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, haybaj reserves the right to restore the correct result.
6.3 Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding any game or betting result, please contact the support team within 72 hours of the transaction date. In the event of a dispute, haybaj's decision shall be considered final.
6.4 Service Interruptions
The service may be temporarily interrupted due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues or other reasons. haybaj bears no liability for compensation in such situations.

Account Closure and Termination
10.1 Closure by the User
